Privacy Policy

Kai’Ros International Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”) operates software products including EdenPro, HOA Manager, Watchman, Harbinger, and Shepherd. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
Account information you provide when you register: name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to full card numbers. Stripe’s handling of that data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Business data you enter into our software: customer records, service addresses, work history, invoices, photographs, and similar operational records. This data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.
Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps.
How we use it
To provide and maintain the service; to authenticate users; to send transactional messages such as receipts, notifications, and service alerts; to provide support; to detect fraud and abuse; to improve the software; and to comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Service providers who perform functions on our behalf and are bound to protect it: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Fly.io (application hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (SMS delivery).
Legal disclosure when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfer. If we are acquired or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified.
Your business’s customers
When a business uses our software to serve its own customers, that business decides what data to collect and how to use it. We process that data under that business’s instruction. If you are the customer of such a business, direct your requests to them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by our hosting providers. Access is restricted to personnel who need it. Passwords are stored hashed and are never recoverable in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not represent otherwise.
Retention
We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to support@kairosinternationaltechnologies.com. We will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national law.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will also be sent by email to account holders.
